The Art of Window Display is a series of three concepts that showcase the process of creating and executing unique three-dimensional designs and spatial layouts for hypothetical clothing displays. Window displays create a spectacle that captures an audience. The purpose of this is to create not only a publication that showcases the process of all three displays, but to step away from the computer and create a physical piece that gives original content. The display is 6’ x 10’ x 4’ with two viewpoints through Plexiglas. Each display showcases different designs that have a distinct connection with the clothing. The process is important to the artist because each display explores space, depth, and materials in different ways. The Art of Window Display executes strong visual aesthetics and correlates cohesively to the publication.
